Have just enrolled The Bonding into the new Kindle lending library, going to give that a go and see how that goes.

Have a uni essay due and it is so not finished, really need to focus today and get it done as out tonight with the girls and very very busy week next week !

Somewhere in all that I need to continue to write Eternal, I hate gaps of writing as my train of thought goes, hopefully though during the 2 weeks holidays I will find some time.

Oooo have finished Eternal and Endless covers, will try to upload.

Eternal is coming along nicely

Well I have been writing a lot this week, Eternal is now well underway with about half written in the basic stage, a few more chpaters then I will start typing it up onto the lappy adding as I go.
also good news....Passed first year of uni !!!! yay.

Well got a confirmation from Amazon this morning to say Fractured is published.
Have dug out all the stuff on the next two books and i have written more chapters than i thought, so that was a good surprise.
Have decided ( I think) on calling next two books Eternal and Endless, but will work on that, as not 100% sure yet.
feel in a bit of a dilemma as in book 6 everything changes and it could go onto a new direction... hmmm

have finished Fractured

Fractured is finished, but a little short in places, I have about 3 areas that i need to elaborate on, so will try and do a bit this week, really though, I have to be in the right frame of mind to write.
Then after Christmas I will start writing the last 2 books, at the  moment the whole plan is done, several key scenes are written but this will be all time consuming, I find I have to write, very difficult to keep putting down etc.

new book ideas

Today while at work i suddenly had the idea for some new books , obviously cant say much about it yet , and want to finish the bonding series first, but it feels awesome.
now going through some names, maybe Seth or Sam and Constance...

just completed Forsaken edit, though there are 2 areas I need to tie up a few lose ends, so will write them over the weekend and send of to my 'editing' friend so I can up load in a couple of weeks hopefully !!!
How exciting !

I know through that fractured needs a little work, there are some areas that are rushed, so that will keeping me going while playing around with the story
Fractured is completely different in so many ways, the story travels somewhere ...but I'm not saying, but I hope every one will enjoy it !

a friend to the rescue

Brilliant news today, a dear old friend has come to the rescue and is going to polish up the books for me !!!
I can't say how pleased I am as they will shine with a little editing:o)

Have been really enjoying getting into editing forsaken, almost at the end and it is so much funnier than the 1st 2 books, have often chuckled to myself at the humor, which is good as there are some dark moments in this book...

need some feed back though on old Amazon...

forsaken

Feeling great, Forsaken is coming along nicely, have decided to edit this week, after work and try and get as much done as possible. That means a half hour or so before work and some after to keep it rolling, I had a little break of a week and found it hard to get back into the frame of mind. Editing = Dedication lol !!
Halloween today and the kids are knocking on the door a lot !!!! Well, when I run outa sweets thats it...lol, this keep getting up to answer the door is not good for the book ! Though it is kinda spooky as I have just been editing Carnes birthday which is 31st October...freaky !!!

kindle publishing?

Hmmm, now wondering now i have 2 books 'out there' how to get the public interested about the books.
Its quite tricky, made the blog, got the website, got the google profile and face book page. Wondering if i should twitter lol
Kindle have a forum, but to be honest it still looks like its difficult from the posts Ive read on the Kindle boards.

Need a little help i think, maybe posters?

wow, an amazing week, have worked my little butt of and managed to publish Bonded only a week after The Bonding...yay
how exciting, obviously hardly anyone knows about my books, but maybe one day.
okay , i have the next two all ready to be edited and then the next are really in some need of tweaking, re writing, so will do them afterr Xmas, but for now i need to do a little bit of uni work as have a essay due 1st week in November lol

A little about me....

About me!

Well, I’m a London girl, and have lived in England all my life. I have been married for sixteen years and have three wonderful children, well, there a bit pesky to be honest, but a great bunch.

I have been what’s commonly known, as a ‘stay at home mum’ for many years, which really is a glorified washer up-er and cleaner.

About five years ago I took some training and have been working with special needs children , my current job is in a secondary school, which I love, unless you get me on the rare mornings when I have been in with on of my years seven classes and Bunsen burners! I say no more!!

The story has really been drifting around my head for years (wide open spaces in there) and its only was I’ve been sitting in English classes, analysing other writer’s works and stories. I came to the conclusion I could write mine, I mean how hard could it be?

My own kids love me, over the last year, I’ve come in from work, quickly made something nutritious, had a good moan, (my twelve year old will tell anybody who listens I’m good at that). Then much to my family’s delight, have gone up stairs to my ‘zone’ to write

Now before you have any ideas about my ‘zone’ I mean my side of the bed, the small area I have designated my ‘writing ‘space. It’s not a lot to look at, a book case, laden to bursting capacity with books, some crystals, and of course my trusty little pink laptop (I am a girl!)

Here I enter the world of Lillian and carne, they are where I go when I day dream, I see how they act through various scenes in my head, I see how they move, what there wearing, there facial expressions, from these quite moments I see my story unfold….who needs telly?

I keep a note book bed by the bed now, not because I’ve read about ‘writers tips’, for ideas down. No, mines there out of necessity, its quite usual for me to wake up in the wee hours and start writing, I have wonderful ideas in bed, that’s where my characters come to life. Whether I can decipher my night time scrawl in the morning is another story.

My dreams, hopes for The Bonding have always been to share my story, tell others about my characters, about their world. When I watch Twilight or Harry potter, I know it’s far fetched and but I would love to see Carnes blue eyes lighting up the screen.

Been busy

Have acctually after a week and a half edited and finished book one, The bonding.
Now on to Bonded, hoping this will take me around the same time to edited.

Some of the problems I had were that in using different computers all my speech marks were different !!
Took days to change them all into the same, plus it said on the kindle board you couldnt 'tab' for indents, so had to do every indent by hand.
OMG that was took soooo long !!
Anyway all done, I have think I have missed loads !!! sorry

Also a very productive week as I have now finished the 4 covers for book 1-4 yay!
Im very happy with them x

getting blogs and web site up and running !

hello blog.
well today has been eventful.
Hubby brought a web domain...yay and his friend in America is doing me a web page.
The reason is I am hoping, someone, somewhere, will like and enjoy my books.
I have spent the past week editing, and boy is it a slow process.
But I have a goal to get my books ( at least 2 ) published before christmas, due to how popular the kindle is Becoming and I feel this would be the best time to sell on Amazon.

I am a little worried about the 'eye catching covers' needed, and have done various designs, but there just not looking very professional.
Well, thats it for today, more editing tomorrow...
